I’ve been enjoying my sky blue Rubberized Effect Sunglasses from Zara (above, on the way to pick up the keys to my new HOUSE – hence, the shocked/excited/confused look!) ever since the sun put his hat on, albeit briefly, earlier this year. These flowers are from The Flower Stand Chelsea. Over-flowing with beautiful, vibrant buds, this florist, one of my most favourites, has been standing proudly on the corner of London's Fulham Road and Old Church Street for over a quarter of a century. Receiving a bouquet from here is aaaaaalways a thrill, and I recommend that all gentlemen visit here when in need of the perfect love (or apology!) gesture (you WILL be forgiven!)
La Martina Catwalk Show at Guards Polo Club
An afternoon of fashion, polo, champagne and macaroons?... Yes, Yes, Yes and Yes Please. Arriving at Guards Polo Club in my swankypants black Mercedes Uber car (left), I recently sat FROW at the exclusive preview of La Martina’s SS’13 collection. The well known Argentinean label is relied heavily upon for supplying polo-players with the very best of sportswear, but this show also included an array of ‘après chukka’ leisurewear for both men and women. The show was followed with a polo match, bubbles and afternoon tea. Perfect.
